Aqui vai uma deliciosa receita de Farofa, ensinada pelo meu amigo e ex-boss Fernando Farah.

Yellow Farofa
Yellow Farofa
- 200g of butter
- half an onion - chopped
- 1 table spoon or Dende (Palm Oil)
- 300g of toasted Casava flower
- a pinch of salt
Well, if you’re preparing my Muqueca, you’ll just have to do the Farofa too. So Casava flower might not be very easy to find, but we’ll soon upload a little guide of shops who sell Brazilian food ingredients in the UK.
